Tickets

We recommend all visitors to purchase a ticket online in advance of their visit. Each ticket has a start time. The start times earlier and later in the day are often the quietest, although there are no guarantees. You may have a short wait at the entrance where the tickets are scanned, and may also have to wait at the cloakroom.

Visiting with a companion

Visitors who are unable to navigate their way through the museum independently are permitted to bring a companion with them for free. The companion’s ticket includes a free audio tour. The companion’s ticket is also available online.
